My opinion: I enjoy Brentwood Hills, the neighbors seem pretty private but always willing to wave and keep their yards well maintained. Mostly move up homeowners, median priced homes. Next door neighbors to Shadow Lakes, but distinctly separate. I have several clients in that neighborhood and love hanging out with them – hardworking, great people.
