My opinion: Most of the residents of this teeny tiny subdivision don’t even know they are separate from Garin Ranch so let’s not tell them. Very fun neighborhood, drive by on any given Sunday and the neighbors are hanging out having a beer and chat while the kiddies ride bikes. Lots of houses on the market right now, and by the “grass indicator” I would imagine they are bank owned. A couple of the homes have their Christmas lights still on…I’m thinking about sponsoring a Christmas in July this year and asking the decorated homes in Brentwood to go ahead and light them up, what do you think?
