My opinion: Great neighborhood with established homeowners. The area is unfortunately dotted with foreclosures which tend to stand out because of how meticulous the neighbors keep their yards. Very friendly (dare I say entertainment-oriented?) neighborhoods and there are some of the flavorful Brentwood farms and older homes lending to the neighborhood’s character. I am going to impolitely comment here that there are several homes with a flagrant display of statuary in their front yards, and leave it at that.
