My opinion:  Apple Hill is an established gated community and seems to have a great mixture of homes ranging from more modest dwellings to custom, grandious estates.  My sense is that Apple Hill is a warm area where neighbors are friendly and kids play together but conservative enough that they wouldn’t just walk in without knocking.  Golf course living, clubhouse, guard on duty at the gate.
